Wine Club Shipping Policies
Wine Club ShipmentsProcessing and shipping dates vary based on sign-up date. Please contact the Club Member Support Team for processing and delivery estimations at: support@meiomi.com.
If you ship to New Jersey, your delivery week will differ from the dates listed. Please contact the Club Member Support Team for delivery estimations at: support@meiomi.com.
Customize Your Club ShipmentClub Members are invited to customize shipments via the Wine Club Account Dashboard approximately 2 weeks prior to the published processing date.
If you choose not to customize your shipment or miss the window to do so online, you will be billed for the standard allocation of wines pre-selected.
Shipments are customizable, and pricing will vary. Club Members receive 15-20% off retail price of all wines included in each shipment, depending on the club tier they have selected.
Cancellation PolicyBy signing up for the wine club, you authorize Meiomi Wines to charge your payment method on file on an automatic, recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time after you receive your first shipment.
To change, pause, or cancel your membership, visit your Account Dashboard, email us at support@meiomi.com, or call 1-800-424-3195.
Changes and cancellations will take effect immediately after we receive your request. All prices listed on our website are approximate and current as of today’s date. We may change prices and other membership terms and will notify you via email seven (14) to thirty (30) days before new prices and/or terms take effect. Shipping Options
Ground ShippingAZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR and WA: 2 to 3 Business Days
AK and HI: Expedited shipping only
All Other States: 4 to 7 Business Days

For express shipping options, please note that orders may take up to 48 hours to prepare prior to shipping.
Club shipping will always default to ground unless there are special requests which you can make by contacting support@meiomi.com or calling 1-800-424-3195.
We may make shipping method changes for club members based on warm summer months or other extreme temperatures.
Summer ShippingTo maintain the integrity of every bottle you purchase during the warm summer months, we recommend expedited shipping and temperature-controlled shipping options. Please call 1-800-424-3195 for more information.
FedEx Temperature Controlled ShippingWhen choosing temperature-controlled shipping, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. All orders are on a 55-degree temperature-controlled truck until it arrives to the local FedEx hub in MO, GA, NY and TX.
Delivery is 1-2 business days from the FedEx hub, but please be aware they are delivered in a regular ground FedEx truck that is not temperature controlled, but ice packs will be included based on extreme temperatures.
Temperature controlled shipping is not available in all states.
Weather HoldsDue to extreme temperatures, some orders may be placed on a weather hold or delayed.
We do not ship when temperatures fall below 25 degrees or exceed 95 degrees; we will offer the purchase of icepacks on orders over 95 degrees and upgraded shipping options (for an additional expense) that can deliver within 1-2 days.
Shipping Policies

Tracking Numbers & Shipping ConfirmationOnce your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Once scanned in at your local FedEx facility, your delivery information will be available.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped with FedEx Temperature Controlled shipping will not be activated until the wine reaches the local FedEx hub.
Why doesn’t my tracking number work? (It isn’t updating.)For most states, tracking numbers will show and be active when your wines ship from our warehouse.

States Where Wine Cannot Be DeliveredDue to state laws we are unable to ship wine to AR, IN, ME, MS, DE, RI, LA, NJ, and UT.
Due to state regulations, we cannot fulfill orders to DE or RI that are placed online or by phone, including wine club shipments.
If you live in these states, you can still send wine as a gift to an eligible state!
Over 21 RequirementsBoth the buyer and recipient must be 21 years or older with verification during purchase and upon receipt.
Federal And State Regulations – ID’s and Date Of BirthCurrently, regulatory compliance with state and federal law requires us to keep a valid identification number or date of birth on file for you (driver’s license, passport, or military identification number) as proof of your legal age.
Volume LimitationsAZ, CT, DC, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY
Some states limit the number of bottles (or total volume) that we are allowed to ship to individuals in a given timeframe (per month, per year etc).
If your order is deemed non-compliant due to volume limitations, a representative from the winery will reach out to you for additional information and provide alternative shipping options.
Bottle Restrictions
Carrier RestrictionsAlabama – Orders must ship and deliver to a registered ABC Store location. Direct-to-Consumer delivery is not currently available to AL.
While state laws have changed our License is still in process and we are not yet legal to ship Direct-to-Consumer.
International ShippingAt this time we do not offer international shipping.
Redirects and Delayed Delivery Options
You may redirect your package to another address, or delay the delivery:
If your order is currently in transit and you or another adult 21+ are unable to accept the delivery at the original address, you may request to have your order redirected to a new address within the same state, request a delayed delivery date, or return the package to sender.
Redirects can be handled through FedEx; additional fees may apply.
Redirecting, delayed delivery, and return to sender options are charged a carrier imposed fee of $22 per package, and will be charged to your CC on file.
At FedEx.com, you can request a vacation hold or have it held for local pickup at their local Walgreens or FedEx office.
Redirect- The redirect must be through the original carrier.
- You may request a redirect through our website, contacting us, or through the carrier directly.
- We cannot ship or redirect any wine orders to PO Boxes; they must be shipped to a business location or a residential address.
- We cannot ship to a different state than the original destination state. Due to state laws, we are unable to redirect packages to the following states: AR, IN, ME, MS, UT.
- Packages can only be delayed 10 business days from the original estimated delivery date.
- We are unable to request weekend delivery or specific delivery times with the carriers.
- Please submit your vacation or hold request via FedEx.com to request a delayed delivery.
If your order fails to deliver and has been returned to our warehouse, we can reship to the same or new address as requested.
This comes with a carrier imposed fee of $20 per package that will be charged to your credit card on file.
