Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee to join and no cancellation fee.
Can I skip a shipment?
You can request a hold on your account for a shipment or season. We can also work with you to delay a shipment to accommodate your schedule. Please reach out to our team directly to facilitate these requests at 1-800-424-3195 or email us at support@meiomi.com
What discounts do I receive as a Meiomi Club Member?
Enjoy 15–20% savings on Meiomi wines based on your club selection, $10 flat-rate shipping on orders of 6+ bottles in the 6-Bottle Club and shipping included on 12+ orders in the 12-Bottle Club.
I just joined the club, when will I receive my first club selection?
Your first club order will be processed within 2 days of joining the club. Future club orders are processed based on the tier of club that determines the interval with which your subsequent orders will be built – monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, or every 4 months.
Do you notify me when my club shipment is on its way?
Yes. Once your club shipment payment is processed, your order is created in our system and immediately sent to our shipping partner to be packed and shipped. Your order will ship within 48-72 hours of payment processing and detailed tracking emails will be sent to you once your shipment has departed.
Do I have to be home to receive my wine?
Yes, the federal government requires that someone 21 or older, with a government-issued identification, be present to sign for any package containing alcohol.
What if I am going to be away from home when my shipment is scheduled to arrive?
If you know you’ll be out of town or unable to receive the package at your default shipping address prior to club payment processing, please call us at 1-800-424-3195, or email us at support@meiomi.com so we can set a future ship date or alternative delivery address. If your order has already shipped, FedEx will allow you to Manage your Delivery and request a vacation delay or a hold at location request direct from their website to have your package held for pickup from a nearby Walgreens or FedEx Office location.

How do I cancel my membership?
While we hope that you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, you can cancel through your account dashboard, call us at 1-800-424-3195, or send an email to support@meiomi.com.
Why can’t you ship to my state?
