Citrus Shrimp


2 lbs medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, tail on, chilled
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Meiomi Chardonnay
2 Tbsp each fresh lemon and orange juice
2 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp each chopped fresh chives and parsley
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except shrimp. Toss with shrimp. Serve on a platter or cocktail skewers.
